Buon appetito!  VIVA ITALIA is a multi-course journey through the tastes and terroir of Italy with world-renowned Chef Todd English, in collaboration with Abruzzo Executive Chef Jeremy Grossman.  Enjoy a cocktail hour aperitif before you sit and dine on handmade Italian pastas and elegant dishes representing the finest Italian cooking traditions, all paired with an exclusive wine list from renowned importer Indigenous Selections, curated by Sommelier Fabio Longano and drawing from the vineyards of La Spinetta, Santa Barbara and Cocito.

• Ticket purchase guarantees one seat per ticketholder, and covers food, wine pairings and gratuity. Additional beverages may be available on a cash-bar basis.
• Cocktail hour 6pm - 6:45pm.  Dinner seating PROMPTLY at 6:45pm. Late arrivals assume all risk for missing food-and-wine course presentations, and will not be compensated for any missed courses/pairing
• Each on-time attendee shall enjoy a multi-course fixed menu prepared by the Chefs, with wine pairings
• Menu and wine pairings will be announced to attendees when finalized by the Chefs
• Chef and Sommelier reserve the right to subsitute any dish or wine pairing with an equal or greater value course/pairing in case of emergency; best efforts will be made to communicate any menu changes in advance
• Vegetarian options for meat courses are available on a limited basis, but are NOT guaranteed. Inquire of your server upon arrival at the event.
• VEGAN AND/OR GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS MAY NOT BE OFFERED NOR AVAILABLE. Buyer assumes all risk for being unable to consume an offered meal course and will not be compensated for dietary restrictions liiting their options.
