Join us for the ultimate Sunday Funday "ultra brunch" with a 6-course feast to tickle all the senses. Hosted at Huck's Place in downtown Whitefish, the menu features a farm-to-table menu with coastal seafood accents, a custom mimosa bar with fresh cold-pressed juices, high end rosé selections and gourmet wine pairings from top vineyards.
THE MENU
- 1st course: Lobster Duo - Fresh butter poached Maine lobster, homemade english muffin, seared lobster mushroom, blood orange hollandaise, micro green
- 2nd course: Fancy Farmers - maple and orange glazed pork belly, yukon gold batonnet potatoes, roasted red pepper and shallot coulis, eggs rothko, avocado mascarpone whip, chives
- 3rd course: Copper River - housemade Copper River salmon lox, rosti potatoes, caper and red onion creme fraiche, scallion
- 4th course: From Farm to Ocean - local bison tenderloin, anchovy fillet regnoli, pickled shallot, gherkins, stoneground mustard, Quail egg yolk, smoked Malden sea salt
- with - Sushi grade Amberjack ceviche, yuzu vinaigrette, mango, crispy garlic chili, avocado wasabi puree, lemon furikake - 5th course: Quail Caille Au Vin Blanc - spatchcock and marinated quail, spring carrots, pearl couscous, local oyster mushroom, pinot grigio and preserved lemon buerre blanc, local edible flowers
- 6th course: Brûlèe French toast, huckleberry compote, amaretto whip cream, house made shortbread, honey roasted peach, raspberry sorbet, pistachio streusel, bourbon caramel
EVENT DETAILS
- Ticket purchase guarantees one seat per ticketholder, and covers food, wine pairings and gratuity. Additional beverages may be available on a cash-bar basis.
- 1st course service begins PROMPTLY at 11am.
- Late arrivals assume all risk for missing food-and-wine course presentations, and will not be compensated for any missed courses/pairings
- Each on-time attendee shall enjoy a 6-course fixed menu prepared by the Chef, with mimosa bar and coursed wine pairings:
- Chef and Sommelier reserve the right to subsitute any dish or wine pairing with an equal or greater value course/pairing
- Vegetarian options for meat courses are available on a limited basis, but are NOT guaranteed. Inquire of your server upon arrival at the event.
