Details

The 43rd Los Angeles Lotus Festival celebrates the people and cultures of the Philippines. Kapampangan:Ligligan Parol, also known as the Giant Lantern Festival, is an important annual tradition in the nine-day Christmas Novena. The Parol symbolizes the triumph of light over darkness, joy and hope. The traditional ornamental lantern adorns streets, homes, malls and buildings in the Philippines.

The Lights of Dream Festival is our adaptation of the Philippines Giant Lantern Festival, and features beautiful rice paper lanterns and custom-made lotus lanterns. In Asian cultures, illuminated paper lanterns symbolize our hope for a brighter future, appreciation for our loved ones, and memories of those who passed away; while lotus lanterns represent rebirth, purity and life.

Throughout our event; we hope to create an incredible experience that brings families and friends together to celebrate the meaning of life and spread hope, peace and dreams.
