Written notice of convention registration cancellation prior to 30 days prior first day of convention. Cancellation will be subject to a $50, per person, cancellation fee. No refunds will be made if cancellation is made within 14 days before the first day of convention. Substitutions are encouraged. Excludes all service fee and processing fees.
Schedule change policy: CalFest’s takes every measure to deliver the highest quality content and speakers represented in our materials. We reserve the right to make changes in the program and speakers as it becomes necessary. CalFest cannot be held liable for speakers and/or program changes occurring after the materials have been published. Liability of CalFest is limited to the amount of the registration fee.
